Introducing Yoga Made Easy in 5 days flat. This program is for you if you’re completely new to yoga. You'll cover the basic building blocks of yoga, so that you can feel confident taking a beginner level yoga class online or in a studio.
Finally, gain confidence and push through any limitations holding you back.
YOU WILL GET
DAY 1 - We start with a spinal warm-up to prepare the body before any yoga practice and how to use extra props.
DAY 2 - Next we go through a basic Sun Salutation to increase circulation throughout parts of the body.
DAY 3 - We’ll try the most common basic poses used in yoga classes to help build strength.
DAY 4 - Then we'll look at seated poses and how you can use them to increase flexibility.
DAY 5 - We'll discuss the benefits of how essential oils can enhance your yoga practice with a relaxation pose to finish.
This program is completely 100% online. You will receive 5 videos and written articles during the course over 5 days.
